Class Transitions for September 2016 – Years 4, 5 and 6
Heads of Year and class teachers have now finalised the class transitions for next year and I am now informing pupils and parents of this in preparation for September 2016. This will also assist those attending tomorrow’s ‘meet and greet your new teacher’ pop in session know who they should meet with.
As part of the class / year group transition arrangements for the next academic year we have decided to establish 5 form classes in Year 6. As a result, and following a period of transition activities, the current 4 classes in year 5 have been reorganised into 5 new classes. A great deal of time and thought has gone into this decision and we are confident that the pupils will benefit from being organised and taught in this way. Classes and groups for academic year 2016 – 2017 will be as follows:
