Re: Dates for Your Diary
We would like to notify you of some upcoming dates of events at Newquay Junior Academy:
| Wednesday 21st October | Year 3 – Harvest Festival – 1.15pm – 2.30pm (Parents invited) |
| Wednesday 21st October | PTA AGM 7pm – The Tavern, Treloggan |
| Thursday 22nd October | Non-Uniform Day (£1 donation for Newquay Junior Academy PTA funds) |
| Friday 23rd October | Staff Training Day (INSET) – Academy closed to pupils. |
| Monday 26th – Friday 30th October | HALF TERM (Academy re-opens to pupils Monday 2nd November) |
| Tuesday 3rd November | Individual Pupil Academy Photographs
Family photographs for siblings attending other schools will take place in the Hall from 8.20am if required |
| Wednesday 4th November | Yr 3/4 Disco 5.00pm – 6.15pm (All pupils MUST be collected by Parents)
Yr 5/6 Disco 6.30pm – 7.45pm (All pupils MUST be collected by Parents) |
| Thursday 5th November | PTA Second-hand uniform sale 3-4pm in NJA Canteen |
| Friday 6th November | Cake Sale (in support of Refugee Crisis) |
| Monday 16th – Wednesday 18th November | Scholastic Book Fair – Open to Parents from 3pm |
There will be a Parent/Pupil Progress Review Meeting during the second half of this term – information to follow.
The Academy will finish for half-term at normal hometime on Thursday 22nd October. We hope you have an enjoyable break.
