A Message for all Parents/Carers

As pupils and staff break for Christmas I would very much like to say what a fantastic term we have had here at Newquay Junior. Our pupils are such a credit to themselves and their families as they continue to work hard and make progress in every lesson, every day.  The support, efforts and participation of pupils, staff and parents throughout the term has been brilliant, particularly during the Christmas period.

This is also an opportunity for me to thank those staff moving on to pastures new and welcome new staff joining the Academy. After many years of hard work and dedication to Newquay Junior, we all wish

Mr Hickie the very best as he leaves to start his new secondary teaching post in January. Farewell and thank you to Mrs Garcia for her work this term supporting Year 5.  We all wish our trainee teachers good luck in their placements next term and look forward to seeing them back with us in the summer.  Finally, we welcome Mrs Payne who has joined as a Teacher in Year 5.

On behalf of all staff may I wish you and your families a

Merry Christmas and a restful break together.

Mr Reep

Associate Headteacher
