Our NJA choir and drama group represented the school incredibly well over the weekend. Firstly, at the Christian Aid concert at St Michael’s Church in Newquay on Friday evening. The choir performed ‘Beauty and the Beast’ and ‘SparkleJollyTwinkleJingly’ to an audience of over 200 people. The feedback we received was overwhelming and reflected how great they were.
Then, on Sunday evening, the choir and drama group performed at Cornwall Hospice Care’s Light Up a Life concert at the Smuggler’s Inn. The children enjoyed singing to another receptive audience and performing their choral speech poem. We are incredibly proud of our choir this year and are looking forward to 2019 with them.
