Dear Parents,
The P.T.A. are holding discos next week on Wednesday 9th November. Tickets cost £1 and are available in the school library during break and lunch-times.

Year 3&4 Disco : 5 pm—6:15 pm |

Year 5&6 Disco : 6.30 pm—7:45 pm |
Refreshments, including hotdogs, sweets, healthy snacks, fruit, crisps, water, squash and glow sticks will be on sale at each disco. Items cost 10 pence upwards.
We ask that all children be dropped off at the main office with their ticket, children will then be signed in on a register.
At the end of the disco, all children will be kept in the Hall. All parents/carers should come into the Academy via the main office door and collect their children from the Hall,
The children will leave accompanied by their parents/carers, via the side door of the New Hall. Members of staff and the PTA will be there to show you the way.
CHILDREN WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO LEAVE THE DISCO WITHOUT THEIR PARENT/CARER.
We appreciate that this means there could be a lot of people at the front of the Academy
during the changeover period and ask that you are patient with us– your child’s safety is
paramount.
Please also be aware that there will be no parking available to parents in the Academy car park.
