Wellness Week

Wellness Week
In 2018 we launched our first NJA Wellness Week. The primary focus was to ‘make a positive impact on the health and wellness’ of our pupils.

During the week, pupils got to explore a variety of topics including:

– Emotional well-being
– Nutrition
– Getting active
– Relaxation / Meditation
– Health and Hygiene
– Kindness and Team building activities
– SRE (Sex and Relationships Education)

We received fantastic feedback from pupils, parents, teachers and external agents who were part of the week.  We are looking forward to developing our NJA Wellness Week in the future to continue to allow our pupils to gain a greater depth of understanding in a safe and fun environment.
