Last week, saw Year 3 depart for sunny Porthpean, on the normally calm south coast. Each class enjoyed two activity filled days, and a night in bunk beds in a tent! To go with the sun, we had great waves for playing and bodyboarding in, whilst the high ropes course, archery and caving were some of the challenges we would face during our stay. We even got to dance along to our favourite tunes in the silent disco. All of the pupils enjoyed the opportunity to spend quality time with their friends. We even managed to get some sleep done!
We are super impressed with the resilience of our youngest pupils; some were spending their first night away from home. Watching them support and celebrate success with each other was a real privilege.
Every child was able to complete their adventure, congratulations and well done all.
