This week every Year 3 class has been on a train trip from Newquay to Par as part of our Christmas study of The Polar Express. We were met by the station manager at Par who carried our letters to Santa further along the
line to be delivered to the Man in Red himself!
We had a great time and stopped for hot chocolate and mince pies at Par. On our way back to school, the conductor was as lovely as the in the one in the book and he stamped all our tickets.
Newquay Junior would like to thank all the staff at GWR who looked after us so wonderfully and we hope they get our letters to Santa on time (no delays please!).
Now we are full of Christmas spirit and enjoying the festive season. We hope you enjoy the pictures.
