Monday 17th July saw a transformation of the Newquay Junior’s field into the Year 3 Summer Festival with tents, music and activities. Children attended drumming and yoga sessions while also making prayer flags to decorate the camp and woodland headdresses to party in. Pupils who took part had successfully completed the Summer Term Readig Challenge. Hot dogs were also enjoyed as a festival treat.
In the afternoon, all Year 3 pupils joined in with a disco and games on the field to round off their fun festival day.
