Newquay junior had great fun celebrating World Book Day with a week of celebrations and focus on our favourite books, even though we were snowed off for the Thursday and Friday.
As part of individual reading and book related challenges, pupils made their own models of characters that they love in books. We had Plasticine Harry Potter and a Voldemort, clay Theseus and the Minotaur and Lego Yoda and other Star Wars characters amongst many great models.
As ever, we also had some wonderful costumes, including the eye catching Little Miss Twins! Well done to everyone and thank you to all at home who helped create the fabulous costumes!
