Dear Parent/Carer
As a memento of their time here at Newquay Junior Academy, we are pleased to offer our Year 6 pupils the opportunity to purchase a hoody with all Year 6 children’s names printed on the back, as well as a Yearbook with photos of your child’s time with us.
The cost of the blue hoody is £10.00 for ages 9-11 yrs and 12-13 yrs and £12.00 for all adult sizes. A selection of these sizes will be available to view and try on in the Library as well as during the Summer Fayre on Thursday
30th June.
The Yearbook is being sold at a subsidized price of £5.00 and will include individual and group photos of events held over the past 4 years.
All payments must be made via our online ParentPay facility under the separate headings of ‘Year 6 Hoody’ and
‘Year 6 Yearbook’. The deadline for both payments are Monday 4th July 2016 to ensure pupils receive their mementos by the end of term. It is essential the slip below is returned to the Academy Office to enable us to process your order and activate your payment service on ParentPay.
I am sure you will agree that both of these items are wonderful souvenirs and were very well received last year.
